UCP-LFA Multi-Biomarker Signature (Antibody and Cytokine)
A lateral flow assay developed at Leiden University Medical Center. It uses upconverting reporter particles to quantify anti-PGL-I IgM together with the host proteins IP-10, CRP, CCL4, S100A12 and ApoA1 on one strip, from serum, plasma or a finger-prick sample.
